Common questions
What counts as an active student?
Any student you have not marked inactive. If a student leaves, mark them inactive and the slot frees up — their payment history stays.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for a fixed period. When the period ends you choose whether to pay again. Nothing is auto-debited.
What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep full access to view and export everything. You will not be able to add new students or record new payments until you renew.
What if I go over the limit and then downgrade?
Your existing students stay exactly as they are. We never deactivate or hide students you have already added.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay, inside the app — UPI, debit card, credit card or netbanking.
