Group students into batches with their timing. Keep names and mobile numbers together, and mark students inactive when they leave.
Monthly fee entries
Record what was paid, when, and how — cash or UPI. Store the UTR for UPI transfers and a receipt number for your own records.
Month by month
Pick any month and see who has paid and who is still pending. One payment per student per month, so nothing gets double-counted.
A dashboard that answers the obvious question
Total students, fees collected and how many have paid — for the current month and across all time.
Your register is yours alone
Every account is email-verified, and records are isolated at the database level. No other user can read your data.
Safe if you lose your phone
Your register is stored in the cloud, not only on the device. Sign in on a new phone and everything is still there.
