Refunds and payment issues

Email us from the address on your account and include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt email. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out what you are entitled to and how long it takes.

Deleting your account

Email us from your account address asking for deletion. Everything is removed within 7 working days and cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first.

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at support@nivya.in before disclosing it publicly. We will respond quickly and credit you if you would like.
